Do you ship nationwide? Yes, we ship to all 50 states within the USA.

How do I track my order? Once your order is processed (usually within 1-2 business days), you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your lights right to your door.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

What is your return policy? We want you to love your new space. If you’re not satisfied, we accept returns of unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

What if my item arrives broken? Glass and lighting are fragile! If your order arrives damaged, please email us at [Your Email] with a photo of the item and the packaging within 48 hours. We will send a replacement immediately at no extra cost to you.

TECHNICAL & INSTALLATION

Are your lights compatible with US outlets? Absolutely. All our products are designed specifically for US voltage (110V-120V) and standard plug types.

Do bulbs come included? To see if a bulb is included, please check the "Specifications" section on each product page. If not, we recommend using warm-white LED bulbs to achieve the signature Urban Umber glow.
